To introduce and propagate the strict non-ethnic, non-racial, non-profit, work and vision of the charity for a sustainable world in peace. We aim to carry out this mission by establishing first class facilities to provide care, security, joy, education and life enriching assistance to the children and the needy in our care.

To promote peace and fulfillment on the lives of the children and people who have been deprived of a normal living environment due to unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances. We base our vision upon the Quran and the Sunna of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. (May Allah bless him and grant him peace).

They will ask you what they should give away; Say : “Any wealth you give away should go to your parents and relatives and to orphans and the very poor and travelers.” Whatever good you do Allah knows it. (Al-Quran, Surah Al-Baqara Verse, 213).

“Those who have iman and do right actions and establish salat and pay zakat, will have their reward with their Lord. They will feel no fear and will know no sorrow.” (Al-Quran, Surah Al-Baqara Verse 277)

Rumah Aman (Shah Alam) is a foundation which is a non-profit and a non-political charity organisation set up to provide assistance and support to orphans and children from the poor and destitute families and, on a case to case basis for those in need and helpless.

Presently it manages the Rumah Aman Orphanage and Welfare Home which is a registered body with the Welfare Department of Malaysia since March 2006. It operates the orphanage through donations, zakat and sadaqa lillah entrusted by public.

The amount of financial contributions and donations can be applicable for tax exemption by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.

The foundation is also affiliated with Our Home : Rumah Aman, a charity organisation registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales in the year 2004. The charity number is 1102689.
